I am a licensed and experienced therapist and I can honestly say I love what I do! I enjoy getting to know my clients and developing a genuine and honest relationship with you. I fully understand the discomfort and challenge that comes with personal growth and healing, which is why I hold a space for you that is safe, where you are valued, and is without judgment. In this space you will also feel seen, heard, and understood.
When you are my client, I work with you, and help you to identify past traumas that continue to impact you, current life stressors and concerns, behaviors and habits that self-sabotage, and fears that keep you stuck. I do not believe in a “one-size fits all” approach to counseling. Instead, I tailor my approach to best fit your needs, combining evidence-based practices as well as creative therapeutic approaches. Together we will create a treatment plan that best address your needs and concerns.
