MEET OUR TEAM

Licenced professional counselor (lpc)

Hi! I’m Gena - and regardless of what led you here, I am grateful you are here. I am the Owner and Clinical Director here at Revive Counseling and Wellness. I am passionate about my work and can honestly say I love what I do! I hold a Master’s of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and I am trained in multiple approaches (such as EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems). I work from both a trauma-informed and holistic lens, considering all of who you are, as we work together.

My first goal as a therapist is to establish a genuine and honest relationship with you. I meet you where you are at, with compassion and truth. I understand the discomfort and challenges of personal growth and healing. Because of this, it’s a top priority within my practice to create spaces where you feel safe, valued, and free to be yourself (no judgment ever).

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. You’re unique, and so your experience with counseling should be, too. I combine evidence-based practices with creative therapeutic methods to develop a treatment plan to meet your exact needs. We’ll work to identify triggers and help you gain awareness and clarity around your reactions, how your experiences have shaped your sense of self, along with current life stressors, behaviors, and patterns that might be hindering you from wholeness. Healing and growth is a courageous journey, and it is an honor to come alongside you and support you.

Hi, I’m Lindsay Stewart, a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals heal from trauma, reclaim their voice, and reconnect with their sense of self. I specialize in working with adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, trauma, spiritual abuse, and relational wounds. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s story.

A significant part of my work focuses on the often-overlooked impact of spiritual abuse—experiences that leave lasting emotional and psychological scars, especially when tied to faith or high-control environments. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore these experiences, process complex emotions, and rebuild trust in themselves and their inner wisdom.

I integrate evidence-based modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my practice, which allow us to go beyond surface-level coping and work toward deeper healing. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, identity, boundaries, or navigating the aftermath of trauma, we’ll work together to honor your story and move toward lasting change.

Therapy is a courageous step, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Specializes in: Trauma & PTSD; Anxiety; Spirituality

Modalities: EMDR; IFS; Ketamine Therapy

Works with: Individuals; Pre-Marital Couples

Hi, I’m Istvan Dioszegi, a trauma-informed therapist in Arizona. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families who are navigating anxiety, shame, perfectionism, emotional disconnection, conflict, and relational patterns that can feel difficult to shift. I believe many of these struggles are rooted in emotional deprivation, attachment wounds, and complex trauma—and that healing is possible through safety, connection, and integration.

I understand complex trauma as chronic relational deprivation that shapes the nervous system, internal parts, and core beliefs around survival rather than connection. Over time, protective strategies such as control, avoidance, perfectionism, anger, emotional shutdown, or people-pleasing can develop. While these responses often make sense in the context of what you’ve been through, they can also create distance from your authentic self and from the relationships you want most.

A central part of my work is helping clients create enough nervous system safety to slow down, build awareness with compassion, reconnect with unmet emotional needs, and move toward self-acceptance. I’m especially focused on supporting clients in reconnecting with their Original Self—the part that remains whole beneath survival patterns and trauma responses—so that emotions can be processed and life can be lived with more presence, clarity, and meaning.

My approach is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. As a former professional athlete and former officer within the Romanian Intelligence Service, I understand resilience, performance anxiety, discipline, trauma, and identity under pressure. I bring a mind-body and relational lens to therapy, and I strive to offer a space where you feel emotionally safe, seen, supported, and understood—because while wounds often happen in relationship, healing also happens in relationship.

Specializes in: Complex Trauma & Attachment Wounds; Anxiety & Emotional Dysregulation; Relationship & Couples Therapy; Self-Worth & Identity; First Responders & High-Performance Individuals; Addiction & Maladaptive Coping; Adolescents & Family Systems; Nervous System Regulation & Emotional Integration

Modalities: AEDP; EMDR; Internal Family Systems (IFS); Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP); Ego State Work; Gottman Method; Attachment & Nervous System–Based Interventions

Works with: Individuals; Couples; Adolescents; Families; Groups

Hello, I’m Jessica - therapist, social worker, mother, and children’s book author. I specialize in supporting children, teens and adults through life challenges and transitions. I help parents navigate the challenges of parenthood and strengthen parent-child connections. I also help children with adjustment, anxiety and stress. I’ve supported adults with relationship challenges, trauma, physical illness and cancer, substance use disorders, anxiety and depression. Grief is also one of my specialties-I have 20 years of experience supporting grieving adults and children.

I obtained a degree in psychology at the University of Pittsburgh and completed my master’s degree in social work at Columbia University. I also attended a five year post-graduate training program at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research and earned a certificate in child and adolescent psychotherapy. Because each person and situation is unique, I use an individualized approach that might evolve and change as we learn more together. I strongly value the psychoanalytic training I’ve received because it can be helpful to look back to understand the influences of our strengths, internal challenges, thoughts, emotions, and triggers. I am also trained as a certified trauma clinical professional, as well as in techniques to reduce stress and anxiety including breathing exercises and mindfulness, CBT techniques, and creative expression. With children I use play therapy, yoga and meditation, art, music, and other creative modalities.

Therapy can be an opportunity for self exploration and growth, decreased stress, improved mental and physical health, and confidence in making changes and life decisions. I believe that therapy can be very effective and fulfilling when we can work together as a team. Without judgment, I’m here to listen and accept the feelings and experiences you bring to therapy. I look forward to meeting with you!

Specializes in: Parenting; Life Transitions; Grief

Modalities: Play Therapy; CBT; Attachment

Works with: Children (toddler through teens) and Adult Individuals
